The staff showed Really good attentiveness. Pau, the head concierge, provided assistance via WhatsApp and secured football tickets. The reception team surprised me with a thoughtful gift at check-out. I joined the loyalty program because of the excellent service.

I found the hotel staff to be really attentive. They were helpful with directions and recommendations. My room was always clean. The rooftop pool was accessible and had great views.
The gym had limited space and equipment. It became crowded at peak times in the morning.

the staff were not very attentive i had to ask multiple times for basic amenities it took a while to get extra towels and the minibar was not restocked daily as promised the level of service was disappointing for the price
